The Dedeco #4243 is the heavy-duty solution for adjusting today’s hardest dental ceramics. While standard stones struggle with Zirconium, e.max, and Lithium Disilicate, this "Ultra" stone is packed with diamond grit and held together by a specialized vitrified binder.
The "magic" of this stone is that it basically sharpens itself as you work. The binder is designed to wear away just enough to constantly expose fresh, sharp diamond particles. This means you can grind through high-strength ceramics with less pressure, resulting in zero heat buildup and no thermal cracking. The large cylinder shape provides a wide, flat surface area—perfect for bulk reduction, leveling out high spots, and fast shaping on the bench.
