Vintage ZR is an advanced veneering material specifically designed to match the coefficient of thermal expansion (C.T.E.) of all zirconia oxide substructures. Unlike many competing porcelains, it minimizes the risk of fracture and avoids excessive vitrification during firing.
This user-friendly, highly aesthetic porcelain shares the same firing parameters as Shofu’s Vintage AL alumina veneering system, allowing for seamless integration into existing workflows.
The uniform distribution of leucite crystals within the glass matrix ensures a gentle interaction with opposing dentition while delivering exceptional aesthetic results—surpassing those of other zirconia porcelains.
