Upcera New DUO is a premium, multilayer dental zirconia material designed to balance high aesthetics with high strength, suitable for both anterior and posterior restorations.
- Flexural Strength: 850 – 1200 MPa (gradient across the disc).
- Translucency: 45% – 48% (higher at the incisal, lower at the cervical).
- Material: 3Y-TZP + 5Y-PSZ blended multilayer zirconia.
- Indications: Inlays, Onlays, Veneers, Anterior/Posterior crowns, Multi-unit bridges, Full-arch bridges, and Implant-supported prosthetics.
- Available Sizes: 98 mm diameter with thicknesses ranging from 14 mm – 25 mm.
- Available Shades: A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B3, C1, C2, C3, D2, D3, and bleach shades BL1–BL4.
- Recommended Sintering Temp: Optimized for high-speed sintering (Standard and long-span programs available).
